According the statudes of the Consular Corps of Brazil, all persons with a valid Exequatur issued by the Brazilian Ministry os Foreign Affairs is a "born member" of the CCB.
Also "Consular Attaché´s" (Adidos) can be regular members, if applying through the Chief of Mission where they work.
The "Adidos Consulares" Dra. Margarida Félix da Silva and Dr. Anthony G. Ziagos are full members of CCB. Prof. Dr. Lamartine Hollanda Junior, CG for Albania in Pernambuco and other eight Brazilian states is the Dean for the Consular Corps of Brazil and Honor President of the Latin American Federation of Consular Corps and Associations.
